How did you hear about FAT?

My Brother in-law is a current corporate member with FAT and told me to follow the page on instagram. After a few months of following you guys it became clear that I valued what FAT stands for and I wanted to be part of the FAT team.

What is your health and fitness background?

For The past 8 years I’ve been a coach and personal trainer down in Wanaka.  During this time I’ve worked with clients from 8-80, Co-built a business and studio gym, created and facilitated an intellectual disability gym program and ran daily HIIT, strength and boxing sessions.


What are your top 3 pieces of adviceto build healthy routine?

1. Make your habits easy to follow. This way you won’t procrastinate doing them.

2. Consistency is key.

3. All you have to do is show up. And remember, It doesn't always have to be perfect.

Favourite - DB Snatchs

Worse DB Thrusters (they suck)


What advice would you give to a FAT first timer?

Start off easy, don't use up all your energy in the first round. Leave a little bit in the tank for the finisher. Always ask for help if you need an option. Have some fun!
